Sheffield’s Sensoria Returns This Month

Jlin, Drenge, Rolo Tomassi and more will play this year's edition of Sensoria festival in Sheffield

Sheffield’s Sensoria festival returns later this month for another 10 days of live music and film screenings across the city, and this year’s live line-up features the likes of Jlin, Drenge, BEAK> and more.

Also lined up to play live are Rolo Tomassi, Ex-Easter Island Head, Will Gregory Moog Ensemble, Moonlandingz side project International Teachers of Pop and more.

Film screenings will include the world premiere of Arada, the Northern premiere screening of Industrial Accident: The Story of Wax Trax! Records and plenty more. There’s also a special showing of Desolation Center, which is a documentary about the series of Reagan-era guerrilla punk/industrial events in Southern California. That film features interviews with the likes of Sonic Youth, Swans, Einstürzende Neubauten and more.

The festival runs across multiple Sheffield venues from September 27 – October 6. You can find more information on the films being showed, as well as the full music line-up, here where you can also purchase tickets.
