Shed Announces New Album For Ostgut Ton

It's René Pawlowitz' first LP for the label since 2010

Shed is set to release a new album via Ostgut Ton.

Titled Oderbruch, it’s the producer’s fifth album and takes its title from the former East German region in which the producer, real name René Pawlowitz, grew up and continues to spend some time when not in his usual base of Berlin.

The album’s track titles, as well as its artwork by Arnim Tölke, reference political and historical changes that Oderbruch underwent as the last Eastern Front during World War II as well as after the break-up of the GDR.

Oderbruch is Shed’s first album for Ostgut Ton since The Traveller which came out in 2010. It’s due out on November 29.
