SHAPE+ Artist Dino Spiluttini Releases New EP, ‘Eros’

The six-track record explores the concept of rave brutalism

Vienna-based composer and producer Dino Spiluttini, one of the artists featured on the 2024/25 SHAPE+ roster, has released a new EP, titled Eros.

Following on from releases for labels such as Editions Mego and Umor Rex, the six-track record explores the concept of rave brutalism, applying such an idea to the composition of minimalist club music.

The new release sees Spiluttini continue to seek to remove all unnecessary material from his music, keeping only the raw elements of acapella, pads, stabs and sparse percussion.

You can listen to Eros in full below, and get it on Bandcamp here.

SHAPE+ is a European Union and Pro Helvetia-funded platform for innovative music and audiovisual art. Bringing together 54 artists, the 2024/25 roster is the largest list the platform has announced to date, and draws from the results of an open call, as well as curatorial propositions from the European festivals who constitute its membership.

Eros is out now.
