This year’s Scottish Album of the Year award will be live-streamed here on tQ this Wednesday from 7.30pm.

Now in its fourth year, the award was set up by the Scottish Music Industry Association and has become one of the most prestigious prizes in Scottish music with Young Father winning last year’s award, for Tape Two– they’re shortlisted again this year for their Mercury Prize-winning album DEAD. The winner of this year’s prize will be announced as part of the ceremony on Wednesday night, which takes place at Glasgow’s O2 ABC.
