It’s fair to say that Scott Walker’s Bish Bosh (to come on 4AD) is our most anticipated album for the rest of the 2012. And our appetite has been further whetted by the phenomenal trailer by Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard that has just gone onto YouTube, above. It features blades being sharpened, machines, odd gong shield things, blowy horns that might be made of bone, an iPad, what sounds like a dog, a black cloth, a painter, synths, guitars, a box being whacked and much more. Lyrics about "November in July" (was recorded in England this summer, then) and other aspects of nature. Even this trailer sounds astonishing. Will Bish Bosch see Walker even surpassing The Drift? We can’t wait to find out.
