Savages Share Album Teaser

Savages build anticipation for their new album with a teaser video narrated by Henry Rollins

Savages have been previewing a lot of new material in live shows this year building anticipation for a new album to follow up on 2013’s Silence Yourself. Now, they’ve shared a Henry Rollins-narrated teaser video for the album, which you can watch above.

There are no official release details as yet, so titles and dates are set to follow, with a 2016 release date touted at the end of the video. The teaser comprises footage shot during their New York residency of January this year where they played a number of small venues in the city. The words featured in the video and spoken by Rollins are written by Phyllis Rose and taken from Jazz Cleopatra: Josephine Baker In Her Time. Savages play Simple Things Festival in Bristol on October 24 and Day Of The Dead Festival in London on November 7.
