Chicago footwork producer RP Boo has announced a new album, Established!.
Forthcoming on Planet Mu, the album, which is his fourth full-length release for the label, is said to look back to the time when the producer was inventing and pioneering the footwork genre, "going out listening to disco and linking with early house producers such as Paul Johnson," a press release says. Some tracks also look to ghetto and jacking house for inspiration. You can listen to lead cut ‘All My Life’ above.
Planet Mu will release Established! on September 17, 2021.
