Roxy Music Announce First Live Shows In 11 Years

The group will play London, Glasgow and Manchester later this year

Roxy Music have announced their first live shows since their 2011 For Your Pleasure tour.

The group – consisting of Bryan Ferry, Andy Mackay, Phil Manzanera and Paul Thompson – are reconvening this year for a series of arena shows across North America, before returning to the UK in October to play three further arena shows at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro (October 10), Manchester’s AO Arena (October 12) and London’s The O2 (October 14). Tickets for the UK dates will go on sale on March 31 at 9am BST via Gigs And Tours.

The return to live touring coincides with a run of reissues of the band’s eight studio albums across this year. Each will be presented in a special anniversary edition with a new half-speed cut, revised artwork and a deluxe gloss laminated finish. The first two reissues, of Roxy Music and For Your Pleasure, are out this Friday (April 1). The remaining records will arrive in pairs throughout the rest of this year.
