Stasis, part of Romanti-Crash 2018

The Scottish arts organisation Jupiter Artland Foundation will host the two-day festival Romanti-Crash in the eponymous sculpture park in West Lothian, Scotland this July. The lineup includes The Fish Police, Apostille, Turner Prize-winner Martin Creed and more. It’s curated by Sian Dorrer (AKA Acid Prawn) and and Matilda Strang (Supernormal).

The festival aims to explore “evolving ideas of matrimony”, and guests will be able to take part in artist led workshops focusing on sound art, drawing and printing. The Jupiter Artland sculpture park is home to works by artists including Anish Kapoor, Andy Goldsworthy and Anya Gallacio.

Romanti-Crash 2018 takes place on July 28-29 . You can find the full lineup and event schedule here. Read a Quietus interview with Sian Dorrer’s band here.
