London-based record label, Ritual Productions, are throwing a free show with tQ at the Black Heart in Camden on September 18 to celebrate their fifth anniversary.
The night will be a tribute to Oberon, with live sets from doom legends Bong, as well as 11 Paranoias and the self-described "weight & grunt power duo", Ghold. Read an interview with Bong guitarist, Mike Vest, here, as well as our review of the "marvellously twisted" Spectralbeasteries by 11 Paranoias here. Speaking of their first five years in operation, the label said: "We could not have made it this far without all our fans and supporters across the globe: everyone who has bought a record, every media outlet and concert promoter who has helped spread the enthusiasm, and of course the artists who inspire us all!" The event is free, so no excuses there – early arrival is advised however. You can also catch the man behind tQ’s Columnus Metallicus, Toby Cook, playing records between sets on the night.
