This year’s edition of Rewire festival saw the likes of Beatriz Ferreyra, Elysia Crampton, Floating Points, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith and more head to The Hague to play live.
Also present was Laurie Anderson who was the festival’s ‘Artist In Focus’ who reflects on her experience in the above video which looks back over this year’s edition of Rewire.
That role as ‘Artist in Focus’ saw Anderson present the latest iteration of her ongoing series ‘The Language of the Future’, which is a multi-media performance about contemporary culture covering the boundaries between dreams and reality. She also took part in an artist talk.
Also featured in the video is Tristan Perich, who took on the role of this year’s ‘Young Artist In Focus’. He presented three performances for acoustic and electronic instruments as well as some of his visual art at the festiva
