Jack White Chats Radiohead

Touring band are "family" too. Aw.

In an interview with BBC 6music, Jack White has talked about Radiohead recording at his Third Man Studios, and the possibility of new material.

Speaking about the recording of this debut solo album, Blunderbuss, White said "I never had a burning desire to make my own record,so I’m glad it happened by accident and I’m glad people have dug it.I feel very fortunate to have another outlet." Having spent the last few months touring the new album, Jack says he’s eager to return to the studio with his on-tour band, who’ve become like family to him, "I keep wanting to record with the musicians I’m on tour with. We’ve turned into a family

on tour, and it’s so different from when we made the record. I’m itching to record with them right now, and work on some new music."

Jack also talked about Radiohead’s recording session at his Third Man Studios in Nashville, saying "I didn’t play with them or produce, but they came and recorded at Third Man. That’s probably all I can say!"
