This weekend, as you’ll no doubt know, Radiohead deleted their internet history, website &c. Given that the group were early adopters when it came to online, with a website of interminable ‘squiggles squiggle paranoid Naomi Klein’ in the late 90s, this perhaps suggested a change of mood from the group. AND LO! Today on their YouTube (which wasn’t deleted) the band unveiled a new song, ‘Burn The Witch’, a fairly conventional-sounding affair, accompanied by a video that resurrects the characters and settings from brilliant old kids TV animation Camberwick Green and puts them through a Wicker Man narrative.
