Next Wednesday, August 5th, The Quietus is teaming up with our friends at the Lexington to put on a most auspicious event – our very first gig.
Headlining will be Scottish shoe fans and makers of fine cemeterial noise The Twilight Sad, who will be playing songs from their forthcoming second album Forget The Night Ahead, due out via Fat Cat on October 5th.
Playing in support will be long time Quietus favourites Factory Floor, whose arpeggiator-led aggression is increasingly heading towards a futuristic dancefloor strewn with rusty nails. Their recent tour supporting The Horrors went down a treat the nation over.
Tickets are £8 in advance, and available here. Find out more about the Lexington here.
