Prurient, AKA Dominick Fernow, has released a new 20-minute tape for Boomkat Editions’ lockdown-inspired Documenting Sound series.
Gotham Steel Gardens, Boomkat says, was "recorded on four-track to TDK cassettes using internal feedback and field recordings made during day 70 of last year’s first lockdown." It comprises three pieces and was recorded in Manhattan, New York, according to Boomkat’s notes on the release. You can listen to clips via Boomkat.
