Portuguese festival OUT.FEST has confirmed the first wave of acts playing its 20th anniversary edition later this year.
The festival, which takes place in the city of Barreiro, will this year take in an additional day. Among the list of artists confirmed to play the event are the US rap duo of Armand Hammer (otherwise known individually as billy woods and E L U C I D), Angolan kuduro artist Nazar, Planet Mu-affiliated producer Speaker Music and Japanese composer FUJI||||||||||TA.
Performance artist Nu No, composer and multi-instrumentalist Alfredo Costa Monteiro and The Journey of the Heróis Indianos Romanos Africanos will represent OUT.FEST’s home country at the festival. Further names will be added to the bill during the coming months.
