Pigs X7 Share New Track, ‘Rubbernecker’

It's the second track to be unveiled from the Rocket Recordings band's new album

Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs have shared a new track called ‘Rubbernecker’, alongside a video for the song. You can watch it above.

‘Rubbernecker’ is the second track to be unveiled from the band’s new album, Viscerals, which was originally announced in January alongside lead track and album opener ‘Reducer’.

"The lyrics of ‘Rubbernecker’ explore feelings of desperation and eroding senses of community in a world that’s seemingly gone completely mad," says singer Matt Baty. "The central character is the clown, who attempts to detach himself from the world he observes as chaotic and unruly. The more he isolates himself, the more he yearns for kinship but the ever growing forces that reinforce his terror of the outside keep him rooted in his confinement. It’s a sad song really."

Viscerals follows on from 2018’s King of Cowards LP. Rocket Recordings will release the album on April 3.
