A week today Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs will release their debut album, Feed The Rats on Rocket Recordings, and above, we’re offering you an exclusive advance first listen of it in full.
The album is loaded with swampy guitar riffs, effortlessly meshing together various different subsets of rock music, with a psych tinge lighting up the otherwise metal-esque tunes. "It’s a pretty perfect balance of obnoxiousness, ridiculousness, intensity and theatrics, and somewhere within that spectrum is where our music sits too," says the band’s Matthew Baty. The three-track album sprawls out over 40 minutes capturing much of the energy of their live shows.
Below you can also check out a video for single ‘Sweet Relief’ which is newly premiering today too – its animations and colours further add a hint of psychedelia to their music.
