Pet Shop Boys today announced that they have left Parlophone after 28 years to sign with Kobalt Music Services (recently responsible for the hugely successful Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds LP) for a new album. Produced by Stuart Price, Electric will be out in June 2013 and if the trailer above is anything to go by will be among their music fruity and banging work in ages. When we signed to the label in 1985 we had no idea how long and successful a relationship we were embarking on.
