Perila Unveils Double Album for Smalltown Supersound, ‘Intrinsic Rhythm’

The Berlin-based artist's second full-length for the label will be released in November

Perila is lining up a double album for release on Smalltown Supersound.

Spanning 21 tracks, it’s the Berlin-based sound artist’s second full-length effort for the Norwegian label, following 2021’s How Much It Is Between You And Me? The new record will come off the back of other releases for imprints such as Sferic, Boomkat Editions, Shelter Press and The Trilogy Tapes.

Centred around abstract compositions, Intrinsic Rhythm explores ambient music, field recordings and vocal manipulation. You can preview the album by listening to lead track ‘Sepula Purm’ below.

Smalltown Supersound will release Intrinsic Rhythm on November 8, 2024.
