Pavement are reissuing their 1999 album Terror Twilight.
Spanning 45 tracks, Terror Twilight: Farewell Horizontal includes the original album, as well as a raft of previously unreleased tracks, B-sides, demos, live recordings, rehearsal tapes and rough tracks from the band’s scrapped recording session at Sonic Youth’s Echo Canyon studio. The reissue will be released across digital formats, as well as in 4xLP and 2xCD editions, which will include a booklet with never-before-seen photos, and commentary from the band members and producer Nigel Godrich. The LP reissue will feature Godrich’s suggested album sequence, while the CD version will retain the track order that the band opted for in 1999.
Matador will release Terror Twilight: Farewell Horizontal on April 8, 2022.
