Overmono, the duo of Tessela and Truss, are lining up a new EP for XL Records.
Titled Everything U Need, the four-tracker follows on from a two-track collaborative 12" with Joy Orbison that was released via XL last year. You can listen to the new EP’s title track above.
The EP came about after the duo’s busy touring schedule came to a halt as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the pair instead bunkering down in their studio. "Our work together had so far been about exploring and defining what Overmono is," they say, adding, "we feel like we’ve got this now."
XL will release Everything U Need on November 6, 2020.
