This week, Oval Space’s monthly series Ovation will be presenting an evening of live music in East London.
Ben Frost will be presenting his A U R O R A show alongside visual artist MFO, reprising their audio visual performance that made its debut last year at Poland’s Unsound festival. Based around hijacked digital technology, Frost promises it should "feel like being inside a particle accelerator". Check out a taster below.
A firm favourite of tQ office, Laurel Halo is also set to perform. Of her excellent 2013 album Chance Of Rain, Emily Bick wrote "you can dance to parts of this album until you dissolve". Read our interview with her from 2012 here.
Berlin-based Jacques Gaspard Biberkopf will also be putting in a shift, and tQ’s own Sophie Coletta will be DJing throughout the evening. Head to Oval Space’s website for tickets.
