WATCH: One More Grain Video

Interplanetary mineral romance from Daniel Patrick Quinn &co

One More Grain’s new album Grain Fever is one of our favourites of 2015 thus far, with Marcus O’Dair praising the band for being "as odd and brilliant as ever" in his Quietus review. Now word reaches us from Daniel Patrick Quinn’s hideaway by Stornoway Airport of a video, shot by Matt Bowmer on the beaches of the Isle Of Lewis. About the video Quinn says "The dancing on this video will probably not do much to quieten the whispers regarding my mental health. Indeed, a local farmer out on the sandy bay of west Lewis asked ‘getting some interesting shots?’ after witnessing part of the filming of it." It features the ‘Grain mainman getting affectionate with a rock and various colours that render the Outer Hebrides as Martian landscape. One More Grain’s self-released album Isle Of Grain can be ordered from their Bandcamp, here.
