UPDATE: You can now check out PJ Harvey’s new single, ‘Guilty’, a previously unreleased track from her recording sessions for most recent album The Hope Six Demolition Project, above.
Following the release of her ninth studio album earlier this year, PJ Harvey has announced a new track, entitled ‘Guilty’, from The Hope Six Demolition Project sessions, which is set for global release tomorrow.
The Hope Six Demolition Project, Harvey’s follow up to 2011 Mercury Prize-winning Let England Shake, was recorded with longstanding producers Flood and John Parish during a month-long residency at the Somerset House. The lucky number of fans who managed to snag tickets got to witness the making of the album across a series of 45-minute recording sessions.
PJ Harvey is set to return to the stage with a European tour later this year, following appearances at Field Day and Glastonbury last month. The tour features two London dates at the O2 Academy Brixton. For tickets and more information, click here.
