You Fill Me With Inertia This Month…

First outing for awesome event of words and music

The Quietus heartily recommends that you head to the inaugural You Fill Me With Inertia club night at the Horse Hospital in Bloomsbury on December 10.

Hosted by Zoe Street Howe, author of the Slits tome Typical Girls?, and Graham Bendel, who made the Billy Childish documentary Billy Childish Is Dead, You Fill Me With Inertia is a night of live music and rock & roll readings, featuring performances from musicians, DJs and authors.

Guests will include Viv Albertine from The Slits, The John Moore Rock And Roll Trio, Mr Solo and Sybil Madrigal.

Zoe and Graham will be hosting proceedings in their dressing gowns and slippers in an effort to embrace seasonal lethargy. Anyone who turns up in similarly relaxed attire will be let in free. Otherwise, entry is £3 and the event starts at 7pm.
