Hurrah! After details of a new album from Swans reached tQ bunker this morning, we now learn that Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark are also set to release a new album this September.
History Of Modern will be released on September 20 and is the band’s first record since 1996’s Universal. Andy McCluskey has described it as their "best album since Architecture and Morality – high praise indeed.
The album will be available in five formats: CD, Deluxe (CD with DVD), double LP, digital and a limited edition deluxe box set (from OMD website only).
