Sleaford Mods have announced plans for a documentary looking at the band and the current state of the UK. You can check out a trailer for the documentary above.
Entitled Invisible Britain, it has been directed by Nathan Hannawin and Paul Sng and will be comprised of footage recorded on the duo’s recent UK tour, aiming to capture the “neglected, broken down and boarded up parts of the country that most would prefer to ignore”. It will be screened at London’s Picturehouse Central on October 3 and at Nottingham’s Broadway Cinema on October 10 where frontman Jason Williamson will also take part in a live Q&A on the film. The documentary was crowdfunded earlier this year with the backing of the pair.
