New Order To Release Live Album

New Order's 2017 set at Manchester International Festival is captured on a new live album from the band

Mute will release a live album from New Order this July.

∑(No,12k,Lg,17Mif) New Order + Liam Gillick: So it goes.. features a live recording of the band’s set at Old Granada Studios for Manchester International Festival in July 2017. Gillick, who is referred to in the live album’s title, provided visuals for that show.

The set saw New Order play alongside a synth ensemble of 12 people from the Royal Northern College Of Music, and while composer Joe Duddell added orchestration. You can find out more about the show here.
