Alive At Roadburn is the third album from Gothenburg’s Hills, and above, you can check out a track from it called ‘Master Sleeps’ as your first taste of the new record.
The track above is a truncated version of the track featured on the album, taking in organ-inflected keyboards, funky guitars and overt ’60s and ’70s influences which build into a frenzied climax in the above clip’s final minute. The new album, made up of four tracks recorded during the band’s 2016 set at Tilburg festival Roadburn, follows on from 2015’s Frid.
Alive At Roadburn arrives via Rocket Recordings on March 17. You can pre-order the album here.
