Electric Wizard are expected to deliver a new album in time for a Halloween release, Spinefarm Records has announced.
That is the only information that the label currently has on the status of the album with the whereabouts of the band and the recording details all unknown. More news should follow in due course apparently.
The album will follow on from 2014’s Time To Die and will be the second release on their own Witchfinder Records imprint. A press release claims that the band’s last album “closed the lid on a particular part of the band’s career, and this new album will represent a fresh turn of the turf”. The band’s only currently scheduled UK live date will take place at Download Festival on July 12 having come off the back of a headline appearance at Desertfest over the weekend.
