Neil Young & Crazy Horse to Release Long-Awaited Archival LP, ‘Early Daze’

It features a number of unreleased recordings from Crazy Horse's early days

Neil Young & Crazy Horse are releasing a long-awaited album of mostly unreleased archival recordings, titled Early Daze.

Due out in June, the 10-track record focuses on some of the earliest recordings that Young and his band made together. Among them are some of the first incarnations of songs such as ‘Come On Baby Let’s Go Downtown’, ‘Winterlong’, ‘Wonderin”, ‘Look At All The Things’, ‘Helpless’ and ‘Down By The River’, which had remained previously unheard until now.

Fans of Young have been anticipating the release of Early Daze since he first alluded to the project in his 2012 autobiography, Waging Heavy Peace. You can listen to one of the album’s tracks, ‘Everybody’s Alone’, below.

Warner will release Early Daze on June 28, 2024.
