My Bloody Valentine have announced a run of UK arena shows for this November.
The live dates will mark the much-loved shoegazers’ first UK headline tour in over a decade, and will see them play at Manchester’s Aviva Studios (November 24), OVO Arena Wembley in London (November 25) and Glasgow’s OVO Hydro (November 27). Tickets go on general sale at 10am GMT on April 4, Fans can access a pre-sale by signing up at the band’s website by 9am on Monday (March 31). The pre-sale starts at 10am that same day.
The announcement of the tour follows on from MBV previously confirming a show at Dublin’s 3Arena, which sold out instantly and will take place on November 22.
The group have laid low in the past few years with Kevin Shields having last hinted at new music being on the horizon sometime in a 2021 interview with The New York Times, in which he confirmed they were working on two new albums after signing to Domino. They haven’t released any new material since 2013’s m b v LP.
