Mogwai has shared a new single, ‘God Gets You Back’.
Marking the first new material to emerge from the Scottish band in two years, the new cut features lyrics written by guitarist Barry Burns’ seven-year-old daughter after he experienced a bout of writers’ block. You can watch a video for the song below.
The release of ‘God Gets You Back’ comes alongside news of an extensive 2025 tour by Mogwai, which will see them travel through the UK and Europe through February, before playing four dates in Asia in March, and a further run of North America gigs in April and early May.
