Italian prog maestros Goblin, best known for their Dawn of the Dead and Suspiria scores join Portugal’s Milhões de Festa festival alongside Cairo’s mahraganat trio Islam Chipsy, Argentinian DJ and master of the remix Chancha Via Circuito (if you followed Breaking Bad, you’ve probably heard his remix of José Larralde’s "Quimey Neuquén") and genre-bending, dance-droner Al Lover.
Also announced is the Ginga Beat Red Bull Music Academy Radio swimming pool stage, where, in addition to headliner Chancha Via Circuito, you can catch Branko, Yong Yong, Pista, LAmA, noz, TochaPestana and MMMOOONNNOOO. Make sure you say that last name exactly how it’s spelled, real slow and loud, or all your friends might think you’re raving about seeing that Japanese post-rock outfit. The festival runs from July 23 to July 26. You can purchase tickets here.
