Young Fathers Win Mercury Prize 2014

...and take home £20,000 for their trouble

Young Fathers have been announced as the winner of this year’s Mercury Prize. The Scottish group won the £20,000 award for their album DEAD, coming ahead of a shortlist that included East India Youth, FKA twigs and more.
