The Membranes are celebrating recording the follow up to their Dark Matter/Dark Energy album (one of tQ’s favourite of 2015) with their biggest London show to date.
The band headline Islington Town Hall on Friday October 5 and have a weighty support bill in the form of former Crass frontman Steve Ignorant and DIY rock outfits The Cravats and The Wolfhounds.
The Membranes will be playing with a 20 piece choir, recreating the show that they have taken across Europe, and will be playing tracks from their as yet unnamed and unreleased new psychedelic post punk LP.
