Launching back in 2008 with a limited CDr release from producer Mushy and Alessandro Adriani operating under the alias of Peter M., Mannequin Records, the label founded by Adriani, celebrates 10 years of releases this year.
In the interim period, the label has put out music from the likes of Stranger Things soundtrack producers S U R V I V E, Bourbonese Qualk, JASSS, Tropic Of Cancer and plenty more across 100 releases. To mark the label’s 10th anniversary, Adriani will release a compilation featuring music from Silent Servant, Not Waving, L.I.E.S. Records boss Ron Morelli and Illum Sphere amongst others. None of the artists featured on the compilation have released music via the label before, though Adriani considers each producer involved as pivotal to pushing the music of his label, via their own DJ sets and other means.
