Sacred Bones’ excellent Swedish no-wave luminary Hannes Norrvide, aka Lust For Youth, is back with a new album, Perfect View (artwork above), following up on last year’s Growing Seeds.
The album’s mostly instrumental, with the label saying, "it’s warmer and more inviting than any of his previous work" (Norrvide presumably not taking any leads from live touring partner, Vår frontman Loke Rahbek), a sentiment which is well-evidenced by ‘Breaking Silence’, an intricately-woven synth-pop cut with a nod to Robert Smith in the mumbly chant vocals:
