Lust For Youth are readying their third album International for release on June 9 via Sacred Bones Records, and have just unveiled a new track, ‘Armida’. It finds the band’s leader, Hannes Norrvide, and his newly-expanded line-up of Loke Rahbek and Malthe Fischer joined by vocalist Soho Rezanejad for a luminous mix of sheeny synths and metallic drum machine clanking, making for one of the best pop tracks so far this year, edged with some necessary sternness and a fitting sampler of a record that reflects (take a look at that title) Norrvide’s growing ambitions.
