Love Music Hate Racism At Rich Mix

Love Music Hate Racism returns in wake of post-Brexit increase in reported incidents of racist violence

In response to the post-Brexit rise in incidents of racist violence, Love Music Hate Racism returns on October 29 at East London’s Rich Mix. Love Music Hate Racism arose out of Rock Against Racism, which also begun in response to a rise in reported racism in 1976.

This particular set, one that Love Music Hate Racism hopes to follow up with in the near future, will feature a mix of grime, punk, electro and ska musicians. The line-up consists at present of DJ and producer Terror Danjah, Novah Twins, Saskilla, Spektrum and special guest Jerry Dammers of The Specials.

Rich Mix is an independent arts venue between Shoreditch and Bethnal Green, open as a non-profit charity organisation which uses its income to support education, arts and community activities in the local area.

Tickets for Love Music Hate Racism are available in advance from Rich Mix’s website.
