Cigarette Burns bring the giallo to Prince Charles Cinema

Having celebrated Ken Russell at Dalston’s Rio earlier this month, cult film crew Cigarette Burns return to the Prince Charles Cinema on Wednesday March 28 to host an original 35mm print of Italian auteur Lucio Fulci’s psychedelic thriller A Lizard In A Woman’s Skin (Una lucertola con la pelle di donna). Shot in north London and scored by Ennio Morricone (read tQ’s interview with the great man here), this 1971 mystery stars Brazilian actress Florinda Bolkan as a politician’s daughter whose dreams take a turn for the trippy, erotic and murderous.
