The Liverpool International Festival Of Psychedelia, taking place at Liverpool’s Camp & Furnace venue from September 27-28, have bolstered this year’s edition with an ace full line-up.
There are a couple of excellent space rock bookings, with San Francisco’s Moon Duo and Montreal’s The Besnard Lakes in attendance, as well as Peaking Lights Sound System, Dead Meadow and White Manna all heading up the bill.
Elsewhere, there are choice slots from Hookworms, Mugstar, Yeti Lane, The KVB and Eat Lights, Become Lights alongside fellow new additions Baron Mordant, Vindicatrix, Night Beats, Lorelle Meets The Obsolete, Ekoplekz, Zeke Clough, Singapore Sling, The Woken Trees, Dead Horse One, Os Noctambulos, Novella, The Lucid Dream, Helicon, Mo Kolours, Kult Country, Negative Pegasus, Three Dimensional Tanx, Delta Mainline, Alien Ballroom, Mind Mountain, Psyence and Bonnacons Of Doom.
As well as the previously announced Trouble In Mind label showcase (and DJ set), Brighton imprint Faux Discx will also be bringing out their roster, featuring Sauna Youth, Cold Pumas and The Soft Walls.
The DJ line-up will get augmented in the coming months, but already includes Richard Norris, Sonic Cathedral, Pete Fowler, The Black Mariah, Bernie Connor’s Sound Of Music, Faux Discx vs Gringo Records, The Great Pop Supplement and Joe McKechnie.
These all join the previously-announced line-up of Ty Segall’s Fuzz, Clinic and Psychic Ills and more.
