This Friday sees the release of He’s A Liquid, a new EP from Metamatic Records featuring five covers of tracks from John Foxx’s 1980 album Metamatic, each of which from different artists. Above, you can check out a collaboration between Wrangler (led by Cabaret Voltaire’s Stephen Mallinder) and Gazelle Twin in the form of the EP’s title track.
Also featured are covers of ‘030’ by LoneLady, ‘No-One Driving’ by The Soft Moon, ‘Tidal Wave’ by Hannah Peel and another interpretation of ‘He’s A Liquid’ by Xeno & Oaklander. The EP will be available as a limited edition 12" here from Friday.
