Following the release of third album Deeper last month on the Captured Tracks label, The Soft Moon has put together a mixtape for tQ, which you can listen to above.
The 30-minute mix, simply entitled ‘Southeast Asian Psych / Funk / Folk / Pop Mix’, pulls from a wide range of influences as Vasquez shares music from a number of musicians from across Southeast Asia. You can check the full tracklisting for the mix below. The Soft Moon will be in the UK next month for shows at London’s The Garage (May 25) and Leeds’ The Brudenell Social Club (May 26).
