The Comet Is Coming will re-release their debut album from last year, Channel The Spirits, as a special edition including as-yet unheard material.
Three new tracks are included on the release, ‘Slammin” (streaming above), ‘Transmission’, and ‘Closing Credits’. Together they form the so-called Ancient Tapes, recorded during album sessions last year.
Also included on the re-release is the entirety of the trio’s 2015 EP Prophecy.
Channel The Spirits (Special Edition) comes out on August 25 on CD and download via the Leaf Label. You can stream and pre-order it via Bandcamp here.
