Ahead of the release of her new album, Dark Sky Island, tQ favourite Enya has shared a sampler of said new album online as well as new track ‘So I Could Find My Way’ – you can check out the track in full above and the sampler below.
‘So I Could Find My Way’ is the second track to be revealed from the new album from Enya which has been more than three years in the making after she began work on the album alongside producer and sound engineer Nicky Ryan, and lyricist Roma Ryan in the spring of 2012. “The album has a theme of journeys,” says Enya. “Journeys to the island; through the length of a lifetime; through history, through emotions; and journeys across great oceans. So although it’s not a ‘themed’ album, as such, we nevertheless have an underlying connection between songs.” The album is out on November 20.
