Ghold will soon release a new album, entitled PYR, through the Ritual Productions label and ahead of its release, we have the album’s opener, ‘Colllusion With Traitors’, for you to listen to. You can check it out above right now.
The new album marks Ghold’s first as a trio with multi-instrumentalist/guitarist Oliver Martin joining the fold on the recording. The album’s four tracks are said to be heavily influenced by the band’s time spent living at Pyrford House in Brixton. At the time of recording it was undergoing various changes with multiple evictions taking place and the impending threat of demolition. The site is now no more. PYR is out on May 6 and Ghold will tour across May (with Palehorse) and June (with Bongripper).
