East India Youth is stepping up on remix duties for the new single from Anglo-Norwegian, classically-trained artist Sasha Siem and you can listen to his remix of ‘See Through’, premiering above, right now.
The remix sees Siem’s vocals distorted against a backdrop of driving synths and analogue drums at the hands of William Doyle. The original, taken from Siem’s recent album Most Of The Boys, will be released through Blue Plum Records on May 31 with a remix bundle that will feature contributions from Matthew Herbert and Highasakite alongside EIY. Siem plays The Great Escape in Brighton this Friday, May 15, while East India Youth’s Culture Of Volume is out now, via XL, and he heads back to the UK for a tour after his current US dates.
