For its 50th release Erol Alkan’s Phantasy label will issue a brand new two-track 12” from Daniel Avery, following on from his 2013 album Drone Logic. You can check out one of those two new tracks, ‘Sensation’, above right now.
The new release apparently comes “after many hours spent in the studio this past year”. Avery is currently in the midst of hosting a series of parties curated by himself called Divided Love with events having taken place at London’s fabric as well as in Paris, Lisbon, LA, New York and Lyon thus far. The new 12”, which also features a track called ‘Clear’, is set for vinyl release on November 27 with a digital release due to follow a week later on December 4. It can be pre-ordered here.
